We care for our small apiary of honey bees using completely natural methods, diligently monitoring hive health and only extracting honey when a surplus exists. We don’t use any chemical treatments. Our honey is left in its pure and natural state and simply passed through a sieve to remove any impurities. Our honey is provided to you just as the bees have made it.
